O-Spec reference material
The new versions of O-Spec form part of the A-SPEC Version 5 release. Information common to all the A-SPEC specifications is contained in the A-SPEC Introduction & Overview Requirements document. It is to be read and used in conjunction with the A-SPEC data specifications.

These will provide the relevant guidance to create compliant data for:
- new subdivision developments
- capital works projects
- projects involving the capture of existing assets
Both documents are now available for download.
Please note:
- these versions are the current and required versions published on 4 September 2023.
- the updated Code List can be utilised now.
